No refunds are issued for weather related cancellations. • Vendors are responsible for supplying all aspects of their space. No tables or chairs are provided. • It is the food vendor's responsibility to obtain all City of Lancaster Health Licenses and permits. • Vendors are also responsible for ensuring their merchandise as AACAL is not responsible for any items that are lost, damaged, or stolen. • If you're selling any regulated goods, you must have current documentation that meets the government regulations for your products.
