WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for makers of all kinds - artisans, crafters, bakers, upcyclers, sculptors, painters, inventors, designers, photographers, etc. If you make anything, you could be a vendor! More specifically, if you use the following words to describe your business, we're looking for you:

  • Small-batch | Small-scale

  • Modern | Trendy

  • Quality | Professional

  • Micro-business | Micro-enterprise | Etsy shop owner | Start-up

  • Reseller

  • Direct Sales | Multi-level Marketing

  • Service provider

  • Importer

  • Vintage Vendor

 Though we love makers of all kinds, unfortunately we cannot accept all applicants due to space constraints. We do our best to select a diverse group of quality makers at each event. 

Vendors are selected based on product appeal to our target audience, professionalism, online presence, modern aesthetic, uniqueness, and availability within the product category. Acceptance into previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to future shows.

WHAT TO EXPECT

As a vendor at the Fair expect to connect with a community of like-minded creatives and an enthusiastic customer base excited to shop your wares!

FEES
Vendor fees range from $65 - $195 depending on the time of year and size of the booth space. Fees per market are noted on the application.

BOOTH
Booth sizes vary from venue to venue - from the size of a 6’ tabletop up to 10’ x 20’ spaces. Booth size options are listed on each application.

Food Vendors

​

All food vendors (prepacked food, cooked food, snacks, candy, water/soda etc ) MUST apply for a City of Lancaster Health Permit by contacting Bureau of Health at (717) 291-4824 or tbailey@cityoflancasterpa.gov by March 31, 2024. Food vendors will not be allowed to vend without a health license.

APPLICATION STATUS
All applicants are contacted a week after the application deadline as to the status of their application.

PAYMENT
Payment is due via PayPal or cashapp within 1 week of acceptance. If payment is not received within one week, spaces will be filled by wait list applicants. Payment is non-refundable.

​

WEATHER
Markets are only canceled at the discretion of the organizers in the case of severe weather that is deemed a safety risk to vendors or shoppers. Vendor fees are non-refundable due to weather cancellations.
